Came for an appointment to get my fingerprints scanned and service was great. Super fast and friendly service. I was in an out within in 10 minutes

Initial visit for Livescan went well. Unfortunately, there was a discrepancy in the submitted application and it was rejected. The error was not detected by the staff member or myself. Though, immediately upon returning, it was made very clear that it was entirely my error, and I would have to repay for the livescan process, minus $10, all over again. Frustrated and disappointed in the customer service and handling of the matter. I will not be returning.

Very fast service! The woman helping me was friendly and prompt. Will come here again for fingerprinting.
