Less common but well-served: you’re in town for a conference or family visit and your home-state agency needs fresh ink prints. We roll on agency blanks (or our FBI stock) and mail them to the board.
Who needs out of state fingerprint cards
If your requesting agency cannot accept California Live Scan, you need rolled prints on an FD-258 ink card mailed in. These are the most common situations we handle every week.
